Aloe Vera gel is well known for its skin repairing properties... that's the reason we use it when we get sunburn! But these properties are useful every day as our skin needs a boost every day.
For acne scars, eczema... aloe vera gel has been used for so many different reasons! Many studies report the effectiveness of Aloe vera extracts when applied topically for the treatment of burns, sunburns and inflammatory skin disorders.
Aloe Vera is also a natural ingredient for improving skin hydration.
It is even more efficient if mixed with vegetable oil, as the oil prevents loss of moisture.
- if you have dry skin, mix 1 to 2 drops of Aloe Vera gel with 1 drop of Argan oil and apply after cleaning your skin
- if you have normal, oily, or combination skin, mix 1 to 2 drops of Aloe Vera gel with 1 drop of Jojoba oil and apply after cleaning your skin
This recipe can replace your daily moisturiser and is great if you react to cream-based formulations as it will not block your pores.
For our organic aloe vera gel, we've reduced the number of ingredients to focus only on those that help to improve the skin.

Your can also use it to style your hair! Simply apply a small amount on damp hair to style it.

The gel comes with a serum pump already in place. The reason the pump is not optional is because it needs to be disinfected before use, and also the gel is very thick and won't pour straight from the bottle into the hands, so we were worried some customers may forget to add the pump and end up with a gel they could not use. That's why we made the choice to include the pump by default with this particular gel.

Unfortunately, most dispensing systems, such as essential oil dripolators and glass pumps, end up in landfil. That's why many of our products are sold with a choice of closure: you can order the dispensing system you'd like the first time, and then re-use it for your next product.
The majority of skincare products use plastic labels. These also end up in landfil or break down in the ocean into micro-plastics. That's why all our labels are made of sustainably-sourced paper and are recyclable and biodegradable.
We do not use any plastic when packing your order.
