Refund policy
Refunds or exchanges are accepted for online purchases within 7 days of receiving the item.
For all returns, the item must be returned unopened in the original packaging. All shipping charges are to be incurred by the customer (with the exception of manufacturing defects. In which case, shipping costs will be incurred by the company).
We try our best to get your parcel out to you as soon as possible. However, possible delays may occur that are out of our control once the parcel is sent out with a courier company.
If your parcel is not delivered, we will refund or replace the lost parcel once confirmation from the courier company has been received and deemed lost.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only.
